The Wesley Chapel community, Union Park, consists of a mix of townhomes and single-family residential units on 480 acres. The community includes a Zen Garden, nature trails, lakes, lush landscape, and a Charter Academy. Union Park Charter Academy is a member of the Charter Schools USA, serving grades K-8. Coordinating with Pasco County and other permitting agencies, our team supported the master plan, final design phase, permitting phase, platting phase, construction administration, record drawings, and final certifications for the development. In addition, we provided design and permitting services for the Collector Roadway within the community. This included grading drainage, paving, gravity sewer, and potable water for 3,800 linear feet serving the development.

Aida Palms provides 96 luxury, yet affordable, residences in Polk County, Florida. The property includes a club house, fitness studio, playground, and grill area. Our team contributed site engineering, site permitting, and construction services. Examples of these services include potable/fire water design, sanitary sewer design, site visits, along with the submission of plans, calculations, specifications and applications in pursuit of permit approval from the City of Lakeland, FDEP, and SWFWMD.

The Ice Sports Forum is a two-sheet skating and hockey rink. It offers instruction, hockey league play, figure skating competitions, and shows. It is also an official training facility for the Tampa Bay Lightning professional hockey team. This project consisted of the construction of a 40,000 square foot building with the addition of associated parking. Our team provided a boundary survey, site engineering, a landscape architectural plan, site permitting, NPDES permitting, and construction administration. Additionally, we performed a traffic study to meet the requirements of Hillsborough County and a gopher tortoise survey, including excavation and relocation.

The 5-acre lagoon within the Southshore Bay Community is one of the nation’s first Crystal Lagoons® amenity. Here, residents and guests can enjoy the crystal-clear waters by lounging by the water, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and many other activities. The lagoon offers lawn games, beach volleyball, a swim-up bar, and cabana cove. Our team provided site engineering, surveying, permitting, and construction administration services for the lagoon in addition to photometric design plans and drone aerial mapping.

This gated community consists of over 650 single family residential units and an impressive amenity center on 280 acres. Throughout multiple phases, our team’s scope of work included civil engineering, surveying, site design, permitting, and construction administration. Along with the general services offered, we also supported the ACOE permitting process for Sereno. This included a field review of the existing wetland line, assessing impacts, and applying for Individual Permit from the ACOE.
